Grampy6 - No, you have to completely remove the cloth and foam all the way down to the fiberglass board - otherwise the glue won't work and the liner will sag and come off. I used a cone wire brush...

Here's an update. Code is 0340 - I transposed the fricken numbers... Doh!
First - a system check says I have to buy a new battery and a new Camshaft Position Sensor. Can't check anything else...
