Well thats the thing i know its suppose to idle higher in park but its other way around idles lower in park and higher in a drive/reverse gear. And how can i fix the dieseling to much fuel problem.?

Check the spark distributor cap might need to...

Check the spark distributor cap might need to position it right or get a new cap. If its not that then i would check the idle screw.
