You don't have to believe me but most of the miles I drive are freeway so Im typically doing 50-70 miles an hour for most of my tank of gas. With high gearing in the rear end and a V8 under the hood...

Looks like its the rear shackles and leafs for sure. This is the current problem I'm in except I let it ride all lopsided for too long and the shackle snapped right off. Did you get this fixed by any...
