Ok I looked in the official Ford repair manuals and it actually has a section on frame shit, and it does state use #8 bolts, it even has torque specs for 2 different sizes of bolt and the recommended...

I got a battery from wal-mart because if it dies there's usually a wal-mart nearby and you can go get another one on warranty.

Put in a new blower motor resistor, was a bitch getting the old one separated from the electrical connector.

My washer fluid hose broke. Or, the little plastic connector that attaches the larger hose to the smaller one did. How fix?

I hopped into the bed using the rear bumper, the bumper is loose. I think my frame rust has reached a critical point.

Well I checked the switch and shit and it seemed fine, went back to the beginning and I was getting voltage to the motor. So I replaced the motor and its all good now.

I swapped relays around, swapped blower into starter relay. Started up fine and fan still doesn't come on.
Checked for 12V at the fan plug and nothing.
Is there a fan fuse?

I was told the 2.3 used some 'tappets' and didn't have a timing chain/belt?
Was I lied to/misunderstood what I was told?

Try unplugging the Mass Air Flow sensor and see if it runs better?
