the door ajar has been a issue ,but never was that major of one , since the dead battery and the instrument panel and cd making those noises is why i thought maybe battery related, as i said earlier...

my door ajar light has been going on and off for awhile now and it really was no big issue,i did the wd 40 trick and i assume i have a bad door switch. well recently my dome light has been staying on...

ok trying to determine if i have a parasitic battery drain on my 98 ranger 2.5 supercab, i am going to post a couple pics and show what i got, the one shows a drain of 0.29 with nothing on and key...

so the belt and that pulley on the bottom both must be removed, i located the sensor today and it looks like a major bitch to get to lol

agravated to say the least. i looked for that drain all day and still the test light comes on, i ordered a new anmeter that can test dc amps so i might have better luck when this meter comes in.

its a drain, i just cant track down whats doing it , i used a test light and disconnected the negative terminal, plugged one end up to post and other to the terminal and the light came on, all this...
