Story time.
Sold this truck in 2017 after it had sat for 2 years in the parents driveway while I was at college. It sat because the transmission let go, and would not go into gear. The friend of...

Re: New England Cancer has struck--how to heal?

I have a 2002 Ranger and the only rust starting on it so far is at the bottom of the doors. Really the only way to tackle rust for longevity is to cut out the old rusty metal, and weld in new metal....

Re: Camodown's Build

That's a nice dash setup. I really like the idea of using the pocket above the stereo for switches.

Re: The most important truck purchase in Hollywood history

Just finished watching this movie. As JasonGoalie34 said, it is a slow moving film, yet it is extremely powerful. It was nice to watch a meaningful movie for a change rather than all the blockbuster...

Re: FRF Watercooler / BS Thread 2014 - Part V

A guy a work is looking at buying one of the Nissan Titans with the Cummins diesel engine, once they come out. Here is the link to the Frontier with a Cummins. What do y'all think?...

Re: My 02 Fx4 Black Build Thread

Recently, I installed a pair of Whelen PAR32. I work at Whelen Eng. Co. and I can attest to their quality. They use two TIR3 reflectors stacked on top of on another. They are the brightest LED fogs...

So OP, do you feel confident enough to perform this yourself?

And ModelAGeek, do you have anything to offer the OP if he does venture into said self performed replacement?

Personally, I like...

Re: Mechanic installed plugs and wires

By "handles" are you referring to the small rubber flared out portion on the end of the plug wire? I wouldn't be concerned about OEM vs. non-OEM. As a matter of a fact, I preferred the NGK "handles"...
