sounds like my 94 2.3l. when i first got the truck it wasnt so bad. i got 22-24 mpg. now i get 14. my damn v8 tundra gets better than that. the ranger is slow really slow. flooring it does nothing!...

an egr valve code would come on and off about a year ago but hasnt since. thinkin abotu replacing that soon when the weather gets better.
