Prep was a simple sanding job with 80 grit (need coarse grit for bedliner to adhere well), a good wipe down with duplicolor prep spray and of course lots of tedious masking because i left the flares...

As long as you mask everything off well you shouldn't have an issue. I couldn't tell by your picture if your truck had the add-on flares or just the factory body flares

Are you absolutely sure you took out a 5R and installed a 4R? The computer is different... You may have installed a 5R44E which is different torque converter and minus one clutch plate in direct...

Grab a can of brake clean spray around your intake system ie; hoses, manifold, sensors, etc... (spray lightly - try not to saturate) if there is a vacuum leak your idle will fluctuate when the pirate...
