On my '87, merely 228,557 this morning - the 2.9 is still tight, finally got rid of a long-term exhaust leak that I had gotten used to, it's nice to have the truck running quiet again.

Seems like they are getting rarer now for sure. Mine might last forever, even though I have had over 200k miles of fun and work. All gens are good trucks, I still like the look of the 1st gen.

Replacing 1987 v6 w/air radiator fan

Has anyone found a good replacement fan for the 2.9 motor? What have you done to replace a cracked plastic (18", ccw rotation) OEM fan?

Have you checked your fuel pressure regulator? Pull the vacuum line to the manifold off at the manifold fitting and check for fuel in the vacuum line. I went through all the sensors on my '87 like...
