So I put a new motor in my ranger and I put the old fly wheel back on it and the torque converter went in the transmission (clicked three times) all the way and still won't line up right. Can some...

I recently got a new transmission and when I go to put it back on to the torque converter shaft it doesn't wanna go on all the way. Any ideas of why ? I need help and fast please
