I was thinking about engine mounts, but there are no other vibration or shaking and it runs pretty smooth at idle or while driving. And on top of that it doesn't always shake while cranking....

No codes, and its funny but for the last 2 days it hasn't made any whistle noise :confused: I notice it happens when its somewhat cold outside, of course being that I live in southern California cold...

Yeah since im not having issues with the clutch im going to go ahead and replace the clutch master cylinder. One of my local mechanics suggested that as well. Ill update once i change it out.
