Re: axle not centered under bed?
I've measured mine and it's dead on center now. I didn't measure it before I stripped the entire rear end of the truck bare for paint, during the resto though, so it's possible that it may have been...

213,745 on my 96.
I love my Ranger, and will be keeping it for life, so it will eventually see 500K miles. Will have an entirely new engine/trans combo far before then though.

I'd recommend AAMCO Transmission Repair, on S. Tryon. They've rebuilt around 15-20 different Auto's for me thus far in different vehicles that I've flipped over the years. The new owners of the...

My CCW pistol. Glock 27 Gen 4 .40, with a build date of 4-20-13. 1000's of rounds fired thus far through this little beast without even a single FTF or FTE. Perfection? Beyond a doubt. I usually...

Nice Truck! I actually bought an old 87 fiddy the other day, just specifically to lower, hack the muffler off to make it godawfully loud, and then paint flat black with a rattlecan. Love seeing the...

It is, if you care about your own safety, and the vehicle itself. Never work under vehicles without them being supported by jackstands, you don't wanna end up being crushed to death after whatever...

Re: Your Gun Pics, Post Em Up!
Only around $50 cheaper. Not enough to justify the long wait time, thats for damn sure. I did finally get the gun today, but I'm not down for the long wait time again. Over 100 FFL's in this area,...

Re: 2/4 Drop?
Any d21 shock will be the correct length. They all will need the inner metal sleeve from the bottom bushing of the orig shocks pressed into them. You only need a c-clamp to do the job, not hard at...

Re: 2/4 Drop?
The bottom bushing hole in the D21 rear shock is slightly larger than the stock ranger bolt that goes through the bushing. Only thing you need to do for the rear D21 shocks to fit correctly, is to...

LOL! I wasn't suggesting that you keep your original worn out shocks...I meant that you can still use a stock ranger replacement shock after the drop....

D21 shocks for the rear only. Don't buy them for the front, they won't fit over the lower mounting stud on the rangers radius arm, unless you change out the bushing to the stock ranger one from the...

Looking for a 4x4 Ranger Front Sway Bar, the bar is 1-3/16in in diameter. Any 4x4 Ranger from 1989-2011 should have one that will work. Willing to pay up to $75 for a nice/rust-free one. This is for...
