I purchased these LED lights (pictured below) to use as additional reverse lights. Is there any reason that I can not just Tap into the reverse light wire for the positive and and then just ground...

Surprisingly I think I know what to do on the rear end(put the floor jack under the shock mount or end of the axle and jack stand between the U bolts), but up front I am still a little unclear -...

So in the manual to the truck it says not to put the jack there - that it will cause the diff fluid to leak out of the cover.

Where should I place a floor jack to lift the truck before I get it on jack stands? (on all 4 corners)

Can/should I place jack stands under tab...

Mile Marker 9k Winch - $100

For sale is a Mile Marker E9000 12 volt Winch. This is for repair/parts. I am not sure what is wrong with it. It includes the winch, the control box, the roller fairlead, the wire rope, and the hook....

I think it depends. I have never seen one in the flesh but have seen pictures and vids of the toyotas. In those they get from the front bumper to the transfer case. The a piller and roof is cut off....

So I got to thinking about this. I have seen toyota guys buy the front half (half cut) of toyota diesel Hilux or 4runners and have them shipped to the states. From there it seems to an easier swap...

I think I am going to avoid powder coating them, that adds up pretty quick for 5 rims....
