A body lift would be the way to go first, it will give you some pretty good experience too, and get you a little more familiar with your truck. Do that first and see what you think.

You can still get the coilovers and shocks from orw, but they just don't make the brackets anymore. I know there was a guy making them which were very similar, let me see if I can dig something up...

97 was the last year for the solid front axle. 98-current is all torsion bar independent front suspension. You just trying to go as inexpensive as possible?

Well when I did the installation on the conversion kit I also did the Superlift as well, so it's hard to say. Should take you about 6 hours or maybe a lil more.

Well I bought shocks for the rear as well, but without the rear shocks the kit runs at about $650.

The coils come with the kit, and Eibach springs are some of the best coils you can get.

Yes, that's correct. The ORW conversion has about the same amount of adjustability as the tbars plus about an inch, so technically you can get about 7" outta the front w the SL kit.
