So I checked all wiring again, thinking maybe I snipped a wire on my A-pillar when I put the panel back on. Everything is fine there.

Yeah without it connected it reads OC instead of a temperature. It doesnt make sense to me though, I've checked and rechecked, everything is connected, all solders are good and taps are fine as well....

Okay, I've done that. Now I get OC instead of a temperature reading. I've checked all wiring, there are no open connections, so I dont know what to do now. I'm beyond frustrated.

Alright, well I feel like an idiot now. I found another bundle of wires below the harness that had the correct colours (thank god). I tapped in to those and the OHC powers up now. The map lights wont...

Thanks, but I've read this and checked the harness over and over. The two wires I am looking for (white/blue and violet/red) are not in my radio harness.
