Re: Head Gasket or what?

Usually on a V-6 with dual exhaust a blown head gasket will push steam out one side or the other of the exhaust unless you have a crossover tube. This can isolate a side of the engine to look at....

Re: Steeda cold air intake, so easy a 12 year old can do it.

The newer Focus comes with a non servicable air box. I am not sure of the exact theory behind it but there is no servicable air filter in it. It was designed to go for 100,000 miles and then be...

Re: Steeda cold air intake, so easy a 12 year old can do it.

I keep hearing all about the expensive or fancy intake that my son just installed but it was less than half the price of replacing the stock air box. The stock air box is a non-servicable part that...

Re: Steeda cold air intake, so easy a 12 year old can do it.

I didn't say it was on my truck. Does the picture look like a 95 ranger? The original intake system on the 2005 focus is also a "cold air" intake. That means that the air is pulled in from outside of...

Re: damn people are going nuts over here

That all depends on whether they are trying to pass a tax increase or not.

Re: Steeda cold air intake, so easy a 12 year old can do it.

Yeah too bad. But I didn't buy my Ranger or my Focus for horsepower. That's why I have a 69 Chevelle and a 63 Dart. All I said is that there is a notable difference in the horsepower after installing...

Re: damn people are going nuts over here

Randy Pape' is a good guy and all but this state is complaining about not having enough money and increasing taxes every chance they get. $250,000 could put a couple of teachers in classrooms or a...

Yeah I'd be a prick if I was stuck in a Mitsubishi too.

Re: Head Gasket or what?

Is the "white smoke" coming out one of your tailpipes or both? Check your oil and see if it has any moisture in it.

Re: damn people are going nuts over here

That is only the cost to the state. That doesn't take in to consideration the cost to the business owners and making everyone's GPS wrong.

Re: Steeda cold air intake, so easy a 12 year old can do it.

Not a noob. Been doing this stuff for 25 years. It's all about more cold air in and more hot air out.:thefinger::thefinger::thefinger::D

Steeda cold air intake, so easy a 12 year old can do it.

My 12 year old son just installed a Steeda cold air intake in my 2005 Focus. I have to say I am impressed with the quality of this system. It was very easy to install and the horsepower increase is...

Re: Oil Drain Plug WON'T TIGHTEN

Go find the ******* who did that and bitch-slap him and then make his boss replace the pan and plug. Was that a Ford dealer that screwed that up?
