Looks like it was the wiper motor. It would go real slow when you first started up the truck but worked fine after a few swipes. The cold seemed to make it worse recently so that got replaced today...

The fan pulley still needs to be there, hence replacing the bolts. Otherwise the belt would be rubbing the post for the pulley. Belt needs something to run on there.

Bolts could have been ground...

I ended up taking the truck in. Guys down the street did the leafs and the shackles for cheap. They also welded another hanger on the exhaust so it sits below the shackle.

A picture to clarify. Base of the fan is what was cut off and put back in. Thats all. Just using the base as a shim or a spacer.

Buffed and painted it, spark plugs, sea foam, throttle cable, K&N, Magnaflow Cat, Dynomax Super Turbo, cleaned the MAF - still need to clean the throttle body, e-fan, EGR, maybe some other stuff.
