83-92 tailgate on a 95?

I need a new tailgate. Somehow mine got hit pretty bad and it also doesn't unlatch, but I was wondering if an 80's or early 90's tailgate would fit on a 95. Would be totally AWESOME if it did.

Re: What you ( LIKE OR LOVE ) about your ranger

It's a family truck. Was my dad's, then brother's, now mine, have had it since 1998. I love it because it's compact, I can maneuver better than any of my friends with their big, bad, trucks. I love...

Re: 3.7 drivetrain swap

My engine is pretty far up there in age, wouldn't rebuilding and machining the new engine run a pretty fair price also? Furthermore require a new transmission if I am TC/SC it, since I doubt the...

Okay, so a lot of you may have seen my thread on the 3.7 drivetrain swap and while my interest in that is still high. I have talked to a single guy, recommended by a family friend and he seemed to...

Re: 3.7 drivetrain swap

So, I called around to talk to Ford Engine guy and according to him bolting it in is not a problem, the problem is the wiring harness. He was seemingly perplexed at the amount of work involved in...

If the Raptor had a Ranger equivalent

What would you call a Raptor's little sister? I think it's kinda stupid that the fullsize truck is named after a small dinosaur. In fact a simple Raptor is much smaller than they were depicted in the...

Re: Aftermarket Grill

Woah, in that picture you posted, it looks like there is a bumper extension so things line up with the extended fenders. Where can I get these?

Omg, I saw that picture when I was googling some things. I can understand some hate when some of these look far worse than a Hotwheels toy. Sheeesh.

Re: Whats with the hate for Racerbacks?

Wow. That's just... awful. Haha that almost gives me reason to not want to get one. I have never understood the chrome wheel well accents on newer vehicles. I see them on Mustangs and just don't get...

Re: Steering column swap

If I were to install a newer steering wheel from a newer ranger, which I really need to my current wheel is a little worse for wear, then wouldn't I have to or is there a way around that?

Re: Mustang Dash in a 95 Ranger.

This thread can be closed. My apologies. After about an hour of searching I found a fairly detailed write up and it's just not something I think I want to do. It seemed like a better fit in my head....
