Underdash lights need help!! Been at this for 2 hours

I can't find a hot wire in my 07 ranger. Some idiot that my dad had install the alarm system has a jungle of wires and I can't find the hot wire. It's dark and my truck needs to be put back together...

I'm Gunna air box mod. I just bought wix air filter at oreilly. So much less throttle response..... NO DTCS. and the fan is soo loud I can't isolate the noise. And it's not making noise when I can...

So I think I may have touched the mass air flow with my hands while cleaning the air box.. With some grease dust and wd40.. please don't tell me I needa buy a new one :(

Comes in box, with all stickers, etc. nothing is wrong, only used to go to store twice, and school a couple times, I live 1 minute from school. Make me an offer, I don't like the idea of the filter...

I was on rock auto, and there are quiet a few different tensioners or idler pulleys etc, which should I get, the prices vary a lot, 8-58 I don't wanna buy more than necessary for an infrequent chirp

You have a point... But I'm already invested, and I have noticed better throttle response, quick gear shifts from neutral/dropping gears can be done noticeably quicker, so basically clean my mass air...
