What is the oem ride hieght on an 89 ranger and if I lower the front by 3 in. how bad will the camber be

Exclamation new to the 2.3

I have an 89 dual spark 2.3 and I'm wondering what would be an easy way to get to 200 hp without putting a turbo on. I'm lookin to do a n/a setup up that would be fun to drive to and from work.
