I think I have figured it out, stayed up overnight let it run found a bit of white foam in the overflow tank. Cel came on for the drivers side of the engine so I am pretty sure I have a messed up...

The gauge was reading normal temperature in the middle of it, and if I ever have time ill try that. Graduation is this week so I have been busy as heck.
