I put 2 of those plastic housings in over a 2 month span last summer, they they all failed at the seams, but one I also had issues with the sensors leaking. Tried brand new sensors and everything but...

Were you completely stopped when you tried to shift, or were you rolling a little? And did you have the clutch pedal in?

Clutch hose popping out of slave connection
Okay so after finally encountering a problem that doesn't seem like it can be fixed with my usual "bigger hammer" or "more baler twine" solutions, and not being able to find quite the same situation...
