Heres an update. Trick I learned the hard way.

IF your AC is only blowing out the top, above the dash, window defrost vents and not the front or feet ones, check the check valve on the vacuum...

On ours, we just grabbed it and pulled straight up. It was kind of tight, but it did come out. For future use, I loosed the screws while it was out so it would be easier next time.

NOt sure yours...

No not the GEM... other side near the door. Maybe power door connection? But theres not one on other side.

I will get pics tomorrow... tonight is new radiator, hoses, condenser and condenser...

12 pin male connector. top right of steering wheel behind dashboard. Wires are buttspliced into the harness in several locations, but I would have to undo / untape the entire harness and dash to...

I have a guess, but I wanted to see what the experts say first. (my guesses have been more wrong thatn right lately)

The part number comes right off the sticker on the harness.
