Steering rattle... How to fix
I have a strangle rattle in my steering. Most noticeable on uneven roads or potholes. If I pop the hood and shake the steering column, I can reproduce it. However, I don't know what the culprits...

I have a pretty hefty leak in my exhaust. It seems to be at the flange between the manifold (passenger side) and the y pipe. It's all sorts of rusted out. I'd like to avoid payin $100+ to fix it at...

I have a stock '94 ranger 3L 4x4 5speed w. 8.8 rear
I want to swap all the fluids out because i'm pretty sure they're all original (19 years, 97k miles)
