Well I didn't tear into it but I did timing light at I was 14 Degrees off to the left. Whats the placement supposed to be? Because I don't have a Manuel...... And also would advancing or retarding...

yes some you can but some you would have to extend the steering column or some electrical stuff has to be moved or extended brake lines all that. Not that I'm saying you would have to but they all...
