How do I align rear axel 1991 4x4

I can visibly tell the axel isn't straight and my truck pulls left looks like I'm driving sideways. Whats the easiest way to align or straighten the back axel. I can tell it's bolted to the leaf...

Any suggestions how to align the rear axel or general alignment? I can tell the back is not aligned just trying to figure out how to align it properly? 1991 ford ranger 4x4. Thanks J
