Turns out its my Catalytic Converters are clog up. Need to get them cleaned, banged out, removed, or replaced and hopefully that fixes the problem.

Its a motorcraft coil. I'm hoping that doing everything that has been suggested will fix the problem, because its all maintenance things that should have but haven't been done in a long time (ever).

Replaced the Ignition Coil several months ago after first misfire, ran fine till now. Put in new spark plugs yesterday, Its running better but not by much.
180K+

3.0 V6 Engine Troubles
My truck started running very sluggishly recently, come to find out I have several issues I need help with.
P1000
P0171 - Bank 1 to Lean
P0175 - Bank 2 to Rich
P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire
P0305...
