So . . . . there have been some revisions to the original design :cool:

Added a 2nd sub amp and with that i needed a bump in signal for the 2v RCA output of the RF unit so i added a Audiocontrol...

armrest disassembled!!! :D

Some close inspection revealed four T15 screws accessible from the cloth cutout at the mount/pivot point (tabs visible on the foam bottom) then a plastic trim ring...

Getting back into some audio myself, gonna re-install the Sundown 6.5 coax’s in the 4 doors and power them with that 65x4 mini amp that on its way...

Gutted the interior, pulled the seats, floor liner out and the four door panels

washed the liner off an took my Carhartt seat covers off to give them their first wash

with it out i re-routed...

In the midst of changing the seized fan clutch out.

Trying to figure out how to get a torque wrench with a 36 mm crowsfoot in between the fan and the belt to tighten it up.

i’m a fan of the foam baffles but . . . IMO they do not sound that good sealed and should have some vent holes slit into the back (i did two 3/4” x 2”) and lightly stuffed with polyfil.
