Go on rockauto.com. you can get both the synchronizer and sensor for around $130. That's all it will cost if you plan to do it yourself, it's pretty easy to do

I run 33s with the same engine and gears that you have and mine might have dropped 1mpg, it's not a big difference, I don't notice any power loss either

I have noticed way better traction in rain compared to my old mud tires. It oughta be fun to test them out in the snow this year too

I would say 265/75/16s to be on the safe side but you might be able to fit 285s if you cranked your torsion bars. I'm assuming it's 4x4?

I've got 15x8's with my 31x10.50 and I think they're pretty nice looking. They have -12 offset. I think 15x7s would be a little too thin for my liking but that's just my 2 cents

As long as you're 4x4 they should fit fine with no rubbing. I have those on my 02 and i never have rubbing.
