Well I tried to take the timing belt behind the pulley but it didn't work so I am going to have to take the pulley off. Does anyone know the torque setting for the bolt when I put it back on?

Good Idea!!! checked the timing belt and it was broken into two. Now, when I put the other one on how do I get the timing correct.
