I have noticed something else....I took notice...
I have noticed something else....I took notice that prior to the system fully heating up, it is sucking the upper radiator hose shut. Also, when driving I will have heat, and can tell immeadiately...

Got a new cap when the radiator was replaced, and...
Got a new cap when the radiator was replaced, and yes it does bubble when I shut it off. There also seems to be alot of pressure built up...it was also suggested by a friend to go to a 6-8 pound...
