In this video is the exact set up I have and doing the same thing. The "cup" is the part connected to the transfer case.

Hey guys I tried to use search but had no idea what to put in. Today I changed out the POS vacuum hubs with Rugged Ridge manuals. Now when I put the truck in 4 high and low I have a loud clunking...

Changed the heater control resistor and the IAC module. Man it idles a lot better. Heater works as it should now. Thanks to all the valuable info on here I was able to diagnosis and fix each problem....
