Well, I'm well aware of that and is why I lamented that I wished Ford would go ahead and Announce it already! It's been leaked by the UAW and others, so Ford could do itself some good by coming clean...

If you watch the whole video you will SEE that he also shows how to take the loop Off and Put it back ON the Selector lever. So if his fell off it will show him how to put it back on.

You should be able to see the Shifter hook like in this image. Put the Truck in PARK. If the Loop is broken you'll need to get a new adjuster assembly. But if not, just pull the loop over the hook...

Hate the Whine from the Drive Train! I've had shops look at it and they say it's fine, just noisy. Keep thinking it's a rear diff of something in the Tranny itself, but I can't believe they'd pass up...

Sweet being able to use my iPhone for Navigation and phone calls through the Ranger speaker system!
