I've climbed plenty of things in 2wd with a good locker. If all else fails go faster! That's what good suspension is for :)

Take a look at the PRP daily driver seat. They are a good price and the sides are low for getting in and out. I've talked to the rep at PRP and they will build them up to 3" taller for us tall...

I loved them! PRP with low sides. Only down fall was that i'm 6'3" and it didn't leave much room for me.

Sounds like your best bet would be to get some 15" rims and a little lift. I suggest a 15" rim because tires are extremely easy to find (any tire shop will have them). I recommend going with a 15x7...

There are no motor mods at this time. As fast as this truck is we really don't need any! Eventually it will have full exhaust and a chip. You can build your truck up even though its a 2wd and a 2.9L....
