Here she is. One mod made already. I hate chrome so the grille got replaced. Anyone need a chrome grille that is only 2 weeks old let me know. I have one for sale. I can't decide on rock sliders...

My 2009 2.3 gets about 25 on average. It has a stick with 3.73 rear end. You could always get a run empty out on the highway and see if it goes up.
