This is exactly where I tapped into mine and it was brown/yellow on my 2011. You can pull the connector then test the particular pin to make sure it's the one you need.

I recently did the Accessory delay mod. 2 relays and only a few feet of wire made it pretty inexpensive. Whenever I remove my key, all accessories stay on until I open my drivers door.

I use a 3' K40 antenna. It's mounted in my bed, up against the cab on the passenger side, I can't imagine that a bumper mount would change the reception much. There are also grommets on both sides....
