Check Craigslist or ebay or take a trip down to your favorite tire store!
That failure is why I shy away from "Alloy" wheels in general and steer to factory styled steel or chrome wheels.

Re: Rim size
The trimming that is mentioned is on the fenders and inner liners when you mount to wide of a tire. For instance a 33x12.5x15 will fit and the break down of the numbers is 33" tall x 12.5" wide x 15"...

Generally the only part matte black is the hood of a Police Truck in extremely sunny climates to reduce glare. Factory Black will always be glossy for body panels.

Vacuum leak could be your bad filler neck, its a rubber connector. You can replace it cheaper than buying another vehicle.

Re: Super 44
Why not just install a simple "Turbo" muffler from Walker. It costs less than Flowmaster/Dynomax or Magnaflow and will sound similar. It is actually made by the same company that makes Dynomax etc.

There are ways to get codes from pre-OBDII vehicles. And there are OBDI scanners available out there when you do a search of Bing/Google/Yahoo etc.
