My P0171 diagnosis was a vacuum leak. A hose near the air intake was spliced. I had the egr code also.

vacuum hose diagram 4.0 2001
Does anyone have pics of vacuum lines that go from evr to backside of engine.
i can't follow this very well. Is it connected to the pcv valve?

I'm also looking for diagrams for the vacuum hoses. They're all encased with protective tubing.
I wish I could do a homemade smoke (fake kind) that could be forced into throttle body area.

egr clog or leak
is there any quick or cheap way to find a vacuum leak..check engine is drivin me crazy!!!! truck rides good after all the cleaning of throttle body egr valve etc..
i did not do pcv valve..
all...

p0402 err lean bank1 2
i've changed 02 sensor upper per advanced auto. changed dfpe sensor. am i going for the egr valve.. i did suck test, it did stumble the idle pretty good. any ideas

help with p0402 err code! replaced 02 upper...
help with p0402 err code! replaced 02 upper sensor per advanced auto/dpfr also replaced.. am i looking at egr... it did pass a suck test, the engine did stumble..
