1 cat, 1 resonator. 2 o2 sensors. I think gromets have to be welded in for the sensors.

3.0 long blocks are cheap (block and heads) Have it delivered to a good mechanic who needs side work and let him put it in. Its a good motor and you should get lots of pep at a lower cost.
