No I'm too hard on the truck for soft shocks. Side question know any thing about shock extensions from Mr. Gasket? They are advertised to add 5 inches (+ or -) of shock travel. Advance Auto carries...

Where do you get them from. The local parts store looked at me funny when I asked if they carried or could order torsion bars. eBay didn't have them where do you get them from junk yard? Ford?

The job site was a mud pit yesterday so I put it in 4 hi and took it out when I got on the street. When I got on the interstate I heard a loud clunk pretty sure that's when it disengaged. Parked it...

It was the can synchro all the gears were sheared off so I flushed the motor and put a new one in but the clips on the oil sending unit are a little loose so some times it doesn't read the oil...

thank you and this is the way i went just cut it off and put a connecter in it. im also gonna wrap it with some tape until i get my manual lockers.

today i fixed my 4x4 vacume leak and put a redneck tonnell cover to keep the snow out thats on its way

4x4 vacuum line repair

I found where the lines are split was wondering if anyone has repaired these lines before. I know people have said get manual lock outs but I wanted to try to fix them first.

well i got it installed and it was a little tough but i got it all wraped up. runs better than when i got it the tool i got from the parts store made it go smooth. if any one needs it i can send it...

stator also a part inside of a tourqre converter. i use to remanufacture them for certified transmission. skip to 5:30 to see it

found it bought it pulled it and waiting for the tool to arrive tomorrow this is how bad it was so glad it was nothing worse. flushed the motor with 2 quarts of oil installed new oil filter and...
