I would put the tires and the shocks on before the alignment so the truck is sitting exactly the way it's going to be, so the alignment will be as good as it can be.

That's how I want to install mine. I guess I only need to cut enough for the mount, and a small hole for the wiring. Do you just pre drill the holes and use big sheet metal screws?

Thanks. I don't think I'm going to keep it cloth. I'll see what I can find to paint. Easier to clean. BTW, it looks to be in better shape in that picture than what it is.
