EVAP large leak

i have a 2000 ford ranger and i took it to autozone because the check engine light came on. the reading said large leak in EVAP system. i checked the fuel cap but i dont know what else it would be....

I'm getting a 2002 ford ranger xl and i want to lift it and put flat black wheels on it. what kind of wheels should i get and what size? also i want a lift but not a huge one just one to look bigger...
