and that g8 is alot heavier than my truck. i was just making a guess at it and with certain choices of gearing i could get close to that in my truck.

I was going in the direction of 5.3 with a fully forged rotating assembly with porter heads and a huge turbo for my their gen camaro lol, but I'm going auto with that project so I'd scoop up a motor...
