Alright, I have the roof racks and four harbor freight lights hooked up. It looks pretty good. Thanks again everyone for all the help. I'll put up some pics later on!

what about the hole for the wiring for your lights? Will water or anything get in there since it probably wont be sealed so those wires can move a little bit

I picked up my racks, the junkyard charged me $30, but whatever, however, I am having a hard time taking off the tabs on the ends, I dont want to break them!

Awesome, an no problems with the rack staying secure? Also something about silicone on the screws when you screw them in? And do I need to drill a hole for the screws or just let them screw in?
