Re: Prerunner Bumper

Exactly. Like this one has 1/4 steel skid plates that are removable. The bolts are on the inside so it has a flush look from the front. If I was planning on keeping my truck I would have him build me...

Re: Motor bogs down when ac comes on

Yeah you'll feel it. A lot... Specially with this engine. It makes sloped on ramps to the freeway interesting when even the right lane is doing 75 mph

Re: Need Justification for New Tools

The only thing I regret about buying guarantee ratcheting wrenches is not buying them sooner. They make life easier in some spots where an actual ratchet and socket won't fit. I picked up a 20 piece...

Re: Is my ranger totaled?

I know you said you took it to a shop. But if it's worth it to you then go for it. My buddy rolled his off road and it tweaked the rear part of the frame. He cut the truck in half right under the cab...

Re: 2005 supercab 3.0, 2 wheel drive max weight capacity in bed 6 mile trip

I had 1200 lbs in the bed at one point for about 10 miles of surface streets. The leafs still had more to go but I would be careful not to break an axle. I had a full pallet of tile and 5 or 6 90 lb ...

Re: Snap on tools

Re: Cheap homemade brake light bar

You'll want to run power from the battery and relay it. Use the brake/turn signal wires as signal to the relay. It isn't enough to power the light bar. I ran aux reverse lights that were small led...
