Your welcome Twin, I owne a 98 ranger 2.5 and I hate to change plugs and wires too! Oh, if you do pull the intake when removeing the EGR don't lose the little gasket! or just remember to replace it.

Thanks for the welcome, sorry I don't have any pics or modifications on my truck it's just a work truck for now, the only upgrade it has is a Blapunkt stereo and speakers.

my '98 ranger 2.5 has a hard miss, like a dropped cyl. it's not a steady miss, only if you rev it up then let it come to idle the engine will stumble and sometimes stall. I've replaced all 8 plugs...
