I did swap the caps with no luck. What makes me think its either the pressure switch or the regulator is that even with the cap off gas still comes out. I...

Major fuel issue, any help appreciated
I'm new to this forum and I am having a problem with pressure building up in the rear fuel tank. When I open the cap about a pint spills out, it doesn't seem to matter which position the fuel tank...
