I have a 289 HiPo out of a 67' cougar... it has an automatic transmission... my truck is standard... would it be hard to find a standard transmission for this motor... what kind of ballpark figure...

This stuff called POR-15... is about the best you can get for rust blocking... but it is a little more expensive... i used rustoleum black (rolled on) for the frame under the bed...

Not sure what the issue is... during braking the left front turn signal bulb illuminates... doesn't happen all the time... seems like it happens more when it rains.

yea ive been looking into that... my cousin actually has two of the turbo'd four cylinders out of the old thunderbirds... ive been thinkin about a swap but even though i can turn a wrench the wiring...

Not exactly sure what you mean.. are you talking about the pull out cup holder??? If so, I had to remove it because in order to keep it the passenger seat would of had to been about 6 inches taller...
