I know when I blew the fuse for my cig lighter, my scanner wouldn't work, but I'm pretty sure it didn't even power up, I believe it was fuse 14.

Yeah you can, then just find somewhere to put it. It can fit between the grill and radiator I believe. I fit 3 horns and a compressor in there so you could easily fit one horn.
