ABS and Park Brake lights on and no ABS

So I noticed the ABS and Park Brake lights on on my dash yesterday they are both on solid and I have no ABS when my brakes lock up. Anyone know what could cause this? Thanks in advance and its a 2009...

Yeah I looked up the dimensions and measured it, it should fit but theres only an inch or 2 to spare, I thought someone might have tried it and could tell me how it fit, just to make sure before...
